«Vitim» company was established in 1992 and since that time has proved to be a multi-profile enterprise providing a wide range of construction services.

We carry out all types of services as general contractor and designer concerning construction of both buildings and areas, and individual wooden and brick houses to European and international standards:

After the completion of construction our company ensues a one-year guarantee for all types of works and equipment, we also undertake training of the Customer’s stuff in operating the installed equipment.

Kind of works services

Project and Design

All the project issues are made by means of computer equipment, in accordance with Russian construction norms and regulations and foreign companies’ techniques. Design and approval procedures can be carried out simultaneously to construction works. All objects of designing set forth above are executed by forces of employees of Group of companies "Vitim". The works performed on objects are coordinated in corresponding city instances: district bodies of architecture and town-planning , sanitary-and-epidemiologic supervision , fire supervision (State examination of projects of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia), etc.

General construction works

Different technologies are used for construction: large-panel construction, steel, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete construction, piece-unit construction. The selection of construction technology is determined by technical and economical estimates, and architectural decisions.

Internal fit-out works

We apply high-quality materials of import and Russian manufacture. All qualified workers (citizens of Russia) have necessary training and certification.

The company ensures high quality and fast progress of these works. We use modern technical equipment and construction tools (Bosch, Hilti, Makita).

The company uses the following fit-out materials (the list is approximate, other materials can be used as to the Customer’s choice):

entrance and internal doors, Italy, Finland, Russia;
window blocks (aluminum, plastic, wooden);
drywall, metal framing;
false ceiling of various manufacturers;
latex-paint on akrylate- base and alkyd-paint;
decorative paints for wall;
water diluted and ready putty of various manufacturers;
floor materials: atiled and rolled carpet , ceramic granite, ceramic tile, marble, granite, parquet, linoleum, Raised floor, polymeric floors and others;
ceramic tile and marble on walls.

We give certificates for all the materials.

Water supply and sewerage

Cold and hot water supply is provided with steel galvanized pipes, heavy duty plastic pipes and copper fittings. The company use modern tools and machines (bending, thread-cutting etc.) The company hands over their works providing the full set of normative documents and acts, in accordance with Russian construction norms and regulations.

The company undertakes technical servicing of ventilation and sewerage systems.

Heating and ventilation

Favorable meteorological environment in the areas is one of the main tasks of the building normal functioning. The company experts are very experienced in design and installation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

Russian and foreign heating units are widely used to support optimum temperature within requested range. We highly recommend fan-coils for these purposes.

Heating pipelines are installed by means of either ungalvanized steel or copper pipes. We also use heating wiring from modern heavy duty plastic. Pressed mineral wool wrapped by aluminum foil or polymer materials are used for pipes heating insulation.

Air in ventilation and conditioning systems is transported in air ducts made of steel galvanized sheets at specialized plants with foreign technologies.

Air ducts insulation is made of special glass fibre mats on synthetic glue covered with aluminum foil.

We use different air-conditioning systems. For vast areas the company recommends central air-conditioning. All systems are installed to requirements of Russian norms and regulations and fire-fighting precautions.

We also carry out works concerning complex automatizing and dispatching of buildings and areas.

Electric works low-current systems

We recommend a new technology with modern tools and materials for electric works. Electric panels, switch boxes and controls are made to European standards, or ready made imported panels are installed. Electric wiring is made of copper wires and cables.

If necessary we can install any modern telecommunication system of any well-known company as to the Customer’s preference.

Fire alarm system is based on import or Russian equipment.

We install various burglar alarm systems, including systems of video-camera monitoring, systems of limited access to administrative official areas.

Structural cable nets (SCN)

Installation of cable nets is carried out in accordance with norms and regulations established for the particular net type as to the Customer’s demands. The demands of the standards, both European and international, are strictly followed.

We use original materials, provided by the manufacturer.

After the completion of works we give a certificate and a guarantee for the cable net from 1 to 20 years in dependence on the net type, we also give a protocol of each cable line testing with diagrams of signal passing, both in the writing and electronic forms.
